Casting for Hope Retreat Center

The Retreat Center, located in Bakersville, NC, is the home base of operations for Casting for Hope’s Survivor and Caregiver retreats and fly-fishing competitions. The Retreat Center has blossomed into a favored home for cancer support groups to hold their meetings in Western North Carolina.  And Casting for Hope is powerfully expanding our Retreat programming for one-day and weekend retreats for patients and caregivers who need time away from the clinical setting.  Our group of Patrons of the Retreat Center help maintain and sustain the property, and serve as our most trusted fleet of volunteers and fundraisers. Our gratitude goes out to the many individuals and businesses whose support enable us to maintain this special property on Little Rock Creek!
